Well it didn’t take that long or that much effort to find what I was looking for. Ping.fm is the Write Once Post Everywhere application I’ve been searching for. For those of you with multiple social media accounts this is your carpel tunnel salvation. Sign up for a Ping account and you can post a status update to Facebook, Twitter and other social networks like LinkedIn, Plaxo and Bebo just to name a few. One of the best features of Ping is that you can update your status via email, IM, Text, and even from your iPhone with their web application. You can even update your wordpress blog (I haven’t tried that yet but my next entry might be worth a shot) if you feel like posting the blog to your other accounts. Currently I’m using Ping to update Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. In addition to exploring the WordPress option I’ll be looking into how to link into my ning private social network called Chatter.

I was just now googling around about this when I found your blog post. I’m simply stopping by to say that I very much liked seeing this post, it is very well written. Are you planning toblog more about this? It appears like there is more fodder here for future posts.
